Principal consultant Rob Aiken has been working in the IT industry within New Zealand since the mid-1990s, working in the areas of architecture, design, delivery and support of IT-based solutions. 

He has extensive experience with utilities (water/wastewater, telecommunications), health, and local government, and expertise in diverse technologies and roles with a specific interest in strategic solutions for architecture and design of IT and OT networks.

Rob is particularly skilled in bringing clarity to projects, particularly at design stage. He is able to hold a strategic and tactical perspective while still maintaining a solid understanding of the technical aspects involved.

From time-to-time, Rob collaborates with a small network of other independent consultants and network engineers on client engagements.
